Die Teilnahme einzelner oder aller MAV-Mitglieder an der MAV-Sitzung mittels &#8222;neuer Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien&#8220; wird unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen k\u00fcnftig auch <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\">unabh\u00e4ngig von einem &#8222;unabwendbaren Ereignis&#8220;<\/span> (Corona-Pandemie) m\u00f6glich sein. Au\u00dferdem wurden die Bestimmungen zum Thema Kurzarbeit in den \u00a7\u00a7 36 und 38 verl\u00e4ngert.
